Hallo Leute,

ich suche einen Aperitif zu dem folgenden Gericht:

Räucherlachstatar mit Basilikum und Orangensalat.

Habt Ihr eine Idee? Weiswein??

mit martini bianco kann man auch nichts falsch machen ;)

Ahoi Kollegas !

Grundsätzlich gibbet´s an nem hochwertigen (wollte schon "hochprozentigen"

schreiben...*tststs*) Weißwein als Aperitif nix auszusetzen, wie die andern beiden schon geschrieben haben...

Dem Martini würd ich mich anschließen ! :D

Alternativ evtl. noch:

- Prosecco mit nem Schlückchen (!) Aperol

- halbtrockener Sherry (Sandemann & Co.)

Jedem das Seine...und alles für mich ! :)
