Windows 2000 Server mit mahr als 4GB RAM?

Hallo,

wollte mal hören ob es möglich ist mit Windows 2000 Server mehr als 4GB Ram zu benutzen. Ich möchte ungern auf eine andere Server-Version umsteigen (Lizenz wäre kein Problem).

2000 Advanced Server und co. können das ja per PAE, jetzt stellt sich mir die Frage ob es nicht einen PAE Patch für 2000 Server gibt.

Oder meintewegen auch eine andere Möglichkeit die 8GB zu benutzen.

BTW: Jemand ne Idee, warum ein halbes GB RAM verschwinden kann? Der SCSI-Raid Controller hat eigenen Ram und die Graka gigantische 8MB.. aber irgendwie zeigt er von den 8GB nur 3,4... an (4GB kann das OS, aber wohin verschwindet der Rest?)
