Hallo,

ich habe folgende Frage:

Ich lese auf meinem Linux System Benutzer und Gruppen mittels pam_windbind aus einer Windows 2003 ADS.

Ist es möglich über PAM zu kontrollieren, ob User xy Mitglied der Gruppe xz

angehört (in der ADS)? Die Gruppe existiert dabei nur auf dem NT-PDC, sie ist also nicht auf der Linux Gurke definiert.

Was bezweckst Du damit?

Willst Du einfach nur eine bestimmte Benutzergruppe beim Shell-/Samba/etc.-Zugriff zulassen?

Dann könntest Du das über folgende Option von pam_winbind machen:

require_membership_of=[sID or NAME]

Ansonsten wären detailliertere Informationen zu Deinem Vorhaben hilfreich.

ich benutze das ganze in Zusammenhang mit OpenVPN, aber mittlerweile hat sich das Problem erledigt.
