Hi Leute

Ich möchte über ein Batch die VM zum Selbsttart bewegen.

Wenn ich die diesen Befehl aufrufe

"Windows XP Professional.vmx" start

ruft er mir zwar die VM auf aber startet sie nicht.

Kennt wer noch en Befeh`?

Alles Quatsch...

Starte einfach die *.vmx Datei mit dem Parameter -x

Dann sollte die VMware starten... So behauptet es zumindest die Fehlermeldung, die einem die möglichen Parameter angibt :rolleyes:

c:\DeineVMaschine.vmx -x

Du musst dazu die Perl-Erweiterung von VMWare installiert haben.

Dann klappt zumindest der folgende Aufruf

"C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware VmPerl Scripting API\vmware-cmd" -q "E:\Ordner\<Name>.vmx" start

ok thx

hat geklappt mit der Perl Erweiterung!:uli

so wäre es auch ohne Perl gegangen:

start vmware.exe -x "E:\VMaschinen\FS01\vm01.vmx"
