Hallo zusammen,

ich benutze Outlook 2003 zusammen mit einem Exchange Server. Meinen Kontakte-Ordner habe ich freigegeben und kann - wenn ich eine E-Mail schreibe - auf diesen Ordner (Outlook-Adressbuch/KONTAKTE) zugreifen. Wenn ich nach einem Namen suche, werden mit immer zwei "angebliche" Mailadressen angezeigt.

Die 1. ist die richtige (Hans.Meyer@xy.de)

Die 2. ist die umgewandelte Faxnummer (Hans.Meyer@4711232423)

Kann ich Outlook auch so einstellen, dass mir nur die wirklichen E-Mail-Adressen angezeigt werden.
