Gibts beim Internet Explorer 7 irgendwie die Möglichkeit die Menüleiste nach oben und die Adresszeile unter die Tabzeile zu schieben?

Weil im Moment ist das bei mir so das erst die Adresszeile kommt, dann die Menüleiste und dann die Zeile mit den geöffneten Tabs...das ganze finde ich so irgendwie nicht so toll, aber einfach durch verschieben lassen sich die Adress- und Tabzeile nicht sondern nur die Menüleiste. Das aber nur zwischen den beiden anderen und nicht darüber.
