Outlook 2003 Regeln funktionieren nur bei manchen Absendern

Ich hab mir hier im Outlook 2003 verschiedene lokale Regeln eingestellt die Mails von bestimmten Absendern in bestimmte Ordner verschieben sollte.

Die Regeln sind alle gleich aufgebaut (bis halt auf den Absendernamen und den Zielordner) aber es funktioniert nur bei manchen Absendern.

Die Absendernamen wurden alle aus dem Exchangeserver Adressbuch herausgeholt so das hier kein Schreibfehler oder ähnliches vorliegen kann.

Hat jemand ne Idee woran das liegen könnte?

PS: Ich denke ja nicht das es daran liegt ob der Absender männlich oder weiblich ist, denn komischerweise sind alle bei denen es klappt weiblich bzw. die bei denen es nicht klappt männlich :eek
