Hallo Freunde der tollen IBM-Software! :hells:

Wir setzen, wie eigentlich jede Bank, Lotus Notes in Version 6.5 ein.

Problem: Ist ein Mitarbeiter im Urlaub, werden Mails nicht bearbeitet, die vielleicht jemand anderes bearbeiten könnte -> Wichtige Arbeit bleibt liegen.

Nun soll realisiert werden, dass bei einer Abwesentheit eines Mitarbeiters die Mail automatisch weitergeleitet werden soll - der Vertreter soll manuell festgelegt werden.

Bietet Notes standardmäßig eine Möglichkeit dazu?
