    Danke für eure Antworten. Toll das klingt ja sehr positiv. Ihr habt auf jeden Fall Recht mit selbstbewusstem Auftreten, aber ich find, es bringt auch nichts zu sagen, man ist der tollste Hecht, der alles kann, wenn man de facto die Sprache noch lernen muss und das den Leuten aber nicht mitteilt.
    Wenn ein Betrieb keinerlei Kapazitäten hat, jemandem da bei der Einarbeitung zu helfen, führt das schon zu einem Problem, glaube ich.
