    Hallo zusammen, ich bin seid ca. 3 Wochen bei einem ISP angestellt, meine Ausbildung habe ich bei einem Autohaus absolviert und war dort noch ein Jahr ausgelernt beschäftigt. Gewechselt habe ich, weil ich bei der neuen Fa. mehr Geld verdiene, allerdings ist mir aufgefallen das hier wesentlich weniger Arbeit ist, als in meiner alten Fa... Ich überlege nun wieder zu meinem Ausbildungsbetrieb zurück zu wechseln, ist das Sinnvoll? ISP: 43.200 pro Jahr, kein Weihnachts-/Urlaubsgeld und keine VWL, Zertifizierungsmöglichkeiten eine pro Jahr AH: 41.000 pro Jahr, Weihnachtsgeld + Urlaubsgeld + VWL Gewechselt bin ich damals hauptsächlich wegen Geld und mal was neues sehen, allerdings gerade im Moment nicht so ganz glücklich damit... Habt ihr einen Rat?
