    Ich habe selber aktuell sehr flexible Arbeitszeiten ohne feste Anfangs und Endzeiten. Wenn das die Kollegen gar nicht anders gewohnt sind, dann merkt man das aus eigener Erfahrung kaum. Ich wunder mich nie, warum der Kollege so früh geht, selbst ich als Auszubildender werde hierbei nicht schief angesehen. Am Ende steht und fällt so etwas natürlich mit den Kollegen, vielleicht hat sich die Abteilung ja auch Intern auf spezielle Anfangs- und Endzeiten geeinigt, also wie es kylt schon sagte:
