Steig auf Linux um und nimm Windows in eine VM. :-) Kenne mich mit dem Windows nicht mehr aus, nach W7 was die tiefen des OS betrifft Es gibt aber diverse Parameter für die Netzwerkkarte, dann die MTU Size, Speed Autonegation usw. So wie du schreibst, ist nach Neuinstallation alles gut und ändert sich im Verlauf. eventuell funkt die hier ein Cache rein, diesen ausschalten google hast du auch schon gefragt oder MS ? z.b: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/performance-tuning/role/file-server/ https://www.sysprobs.com/windows-7-network-slow https://www.tenforums.com/network-sharing/89300-ethernet-slower-than-wireless-2.html The solution that worked for me was to not only install the latest driver from Realtek, but to also physically unplug/re-plug the UTP cable after that. Simply changing the Realtek PCIe GBE Family adapter's "Speed & duplex" (under the Advanced tab in the Properties pane) from its default setting of "Auto negotiate" to "1.0 Gbit Full duplex" did not remedy anything so I changed it back to its default setting. In Windows PowerShell you can find out what the LinkSpeed of the adapter has been set to by typing get-netadapter and hitting on on Enter. Mine was set to 100 Mbps before I unplugged/re-plugged, and it changed to 1 Gbps after that. Go to Services and disable 'SmartByte Network Service' Gibt diverse Berichte. Viel Spass
