    Bei uns in der IT ist dieses Problem mit Anträgen auf Mehrarbeit gelöst. Falls Wartungen anstehen, welche nicht unter der Woche durchzuführen sind, füllen wir einfach den Antrag auf Mehrarbeit aus für den jeweiligen Tag und wie viele Stunden dafür gebraucht werden. Der vorgesetzte kann diesen dann genehmigen oder ablehnen. Dort kann man dann auch angeben, ob man die Überstunden ausgezahlt bekommen oder Freizeitausgleich haben will.
