    Du übersiehst das es immer sehr schlecht ist mit seinem AG rechtlich zu streiten und man dadurch eigentlich immer verliert (auch wenn man gewinnt). 
    Daher ist mein Rat .. frage deinen AG, ob man sich auf eine Lohnerhöhung einigen kann. Bei der Ausbildungsvergütung würde ich in der Tat jedoch nicht mit guten Leitungen argumentieren, sondern mit nachvollziehbaren Lebensumständen da es hier für den AG um Peanuts geht aber bei dir wohl um substanzielles. Ergo du solltest 100% als Bittsteller kommen und den ganzen rechtlichen Teil nicht erwähnen.
