    Programmieren ist relativ nebensächlich.
    In Richtung Anwendungsentwicklung:
    Datenbanken und Pseudocode, UML.
    Allgemein: Den ganzen Bereich „Einfache IT-Systeme“. Sprich, Einzelplatz-Systeme. Anschlüsse, Hardwarekomponenten wären gut zu kennen.
    In Deiner Fachrichtung: 
    IT-Grundschutz nach BSI ist für deine Prüfung unerlässlich. Genauso wie Datenschutz. Ob du das jetzt schon lernen solltest, weiß ich jedoch nicht.
    Dich mit dem OSI-Modell vertraut zu machen schadet jedoch nicht. Vielleicht solltest du dir Protokolle ansehen die du jetzt schon benutzt und deswegen gut verstehen kannst:
    - Web (HTTP / HTTPS)
    - Mail (POP3(S), IMAP(S), SMTP(S)
    - FTP/SFTP / Telnet/SSH
    - Unterschied TCP/UDP
    Ich glaube im allgemeinen fährst du am besten wenn du dir Dinge anschaust welche von dir eh schon genutzt werden. 
     
    Und vielleicht probierst du mal verschiedene Systeme aus: Windows, Linux… Schaust mal was es an Linuxdistributionen gibt und wie die unterschiedlichen Paketmanager arbeiten sowie wie die Shell funktioniert. Dabei lernt man auch eine gute Menge. Hierzu gibt es auch viele HowTos auf YouTube und so weiter
