    Ersetze voll einsatzfähig mit "als Fachkraft zu bezahlen", bzw in seinem Fall mit "früher weg".
    Was mich stutzig macht:
    Von welcher Art Aufgaben reden wir hier?Ein Azubi sollte ausgebildet werden und nicht fixe Aufgaben (zumindest nicht viele und nicht nur) haben.
