    Hey,
    what exactly is the error message? does the Prompt just not open, or do you actually get an error message?
    Like OpenWorld said, open the Eventviewer -> applications, there you can see why the prompt wont start (you can also copy the Event in this Forum, that's probably the best way we can help).
