    Ich hatte die Aufgabe so verstanden, dass die Fixkosten (10 Stunden x 12€+15€+20€ ) durch die anfallenden Minuten, gedeckt werden sollen. (12€+15€+20€) * 10h = 470€ / 300 Minuten = 1,57€ Durch den Anruf entsteht ja laut Text dem Support keine Kosten!
