    frknue hat auf Nightmar in Prüfung knapp bestehen   
    Einfach die alten Prüfungen lernen und gut ist. Wenn du praktisch wirklich so gut bist, sollte das machbar sein.
    Du kannst froh sein, dass der Betrieb deine Leistung anerkennt und dich übernimmt.
    Von dem was du da schreibst, gehe ich von mindestens 45-50k Einstiegsgehalt aus.
