    DoctorMeka hat eine Reaktion von Gabgalab in Lüfter sind sehr Laut und erwärmt das Zimmer enorm   
    okay hab das Problem gelöst....
    es lag an der NZXT software ich hatte vollkommen vergessen das ich die auf dem Rechner letztens wieder drauf gemacht habe wegen dem Gif feature.
    die Software hat wohl Prio vor dem Fancontrol. 
    Die Lüftersteuerung war aus irgendeinem Grund im NZXT so eingestellt das ab 60° die Lüfter auf 100% gehen und da die CPU sich um die 60° bewegt ist sie mal kühler und heißer. heißt sie ist ständig von 20% auf 100% gegangen innerhalb von 1° unterschied...
