  1. t1nk4bell's Beitrag in Broadcast handling von ClientA -> HUB -> Switch -> ClientB wurde als Antwort markiert.   
    Nein beim Hund spricht man nicht von einem layer 2 Broadcast. Da ein Hub keine Ebenen hat sondern nur elektrische Signale sieht gibt er eben diese weiter an alle seine Ausgänge. Also praktisch physikalisches floading.
    Dem hub ist auch egal ob ein Uni , oder Multi Cast oder sonst was reinkommt, er floaded einfach an alle was er kann. Also rein Schicht 1 .
    . Diese frame landet dann also an einem Switch , der Option a die mac kennt und es diesen Port Raushaut, oder die Mac nicht kennt und flooded er ( layer 2 )
