    Hallo Zusammen, Vielen Dank für die sehr hilfreichen Informationen und sorry dass ich den alten Beitrag raussuche. Wie ist das eigentlich wenn ich als IT-Assistent eingestellt bin, ich mache aber Aufgaben eines IT-Administrators? Unser Betrieb ist dabei die ERA Gruppierung einzuführen und ich würde gerne meine Stelle in IT-Administrator umwandeln lassen, denke aber dass die Chancen gleich 0 sind
