    Hi, Welches Gehalt ist für einen Quereinsteiger im IT-Bereich angemessen? Ich stamme aus einem anderen, technischen Beruf und bin in den IT Bereich rein gerutscht. Ich hauptsächlich ausführende Kraft im Bereich Netzwerk und Hardware. Level 1 Support und einfache Admin-Tätigkeiten (dokumentierte Routineaufgaben abarbeiten) Keine Personal- Budget- oder Projektverantwortung, kein Notdienst. Keine Entwicklungsarbeit. Allerdings bin ich als "Ideengeber" und Tester mit involviert da ich im Team immer noch die einfachsten Lösungsvorschläge bzw den Blick aus Anwendersicht habe.
