    Hallo, ich bin FiSi-Umschüler und habe einen Praktikumsplatz in einem Klinikum gefunden, das ich mir auch als zukünftigen Arbeitgeber vorstellen könnte. Allerdings hat das Klinikum einen großen Bedarf im Bereich Anwendersupport, und meine größte Sorge bei einer eventuellen Übernahme wäre, dort festzuhängen und beruflich zu stagnieren. Wie geht man in so einer Situation am besten vor? Hat jemand ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht?
