    Ich finde, der Punkt mit der Ausbildung wird oft unterschätzt. Gerade wenn man neu in Deutschland ist, bekommt man darüber nicht nur Fachwissen, sondern lernt nebenbei auch die Arbeitskultur und Sprache im Alltag kennen. Bei Quereinsteigern in der IT habe ich außerdem den Eindruck, dass ein paar solide eigene Projekte inzwischen mehr bringen als zehn Online-Zertifikate. Ein kleines GitHub-Projekt, das man wirklich erklären kann, sagt manchmal mehr aus als ein ganzer Kursmarathon.
