    Ausbildungsvergütung: Wie viel verdient ihr in der Ausbildung?

    Bin FiSi im 1. Lehrjahr in Bayern, 22 Jahre alt. Bekomme 1044.- € brutto. + Urlaubsgeld + Weihnachtsgeld + ein wenig Fahrtgeld. Dafür keine Vermögenswirksamen Leistungen. 35 Std. Woche, Gleitzeit. 30 Urlaubstage im Jahr. Die hohe Ausbildungsvergütung kommt so zustande: Der Betrieb in dem ich bin gehört der IG Metall an. Und laut IG Metall bekommen Auszubildende, die bei Beginn der Ausbildung das 21. Lebensjahr vollendet haben, min. 50 % mehr Gehalt. Ansonsten würde ich "nur" 696.-Euro bekommen. Jedoch relativiert sich der Betrag auch wieder, da ich im Vergleich zu den anderen kein Kindergeld mehr bekomme (bzw. meine Eltern). Gruß Wolpi
