    Ich habe sehr wohl verstanden, wie bei ITIL der Hase läuft. Ich mag nur seinen Weg nicht.

    Der Widerspruch war auch eher darauf bezogen, das Change Management gewisse Vorlaufzeiten vorsieht, während gewisse Leute dann doch "mal eben" wollen. Das passt definitiv nicht zusammen.
