    Hallo, ich habe vor einer Woche auf meinen Laptop Windows 10 installiert. Nachdem ich das Update gemacht habe stürtzt mein Laptop nach dem Stanby-Modus ab. Das passiert auch wenn ich den Laptop zuklappe. Es erscheint ein Bluescreen mit einem traurigem Smiley und startet neu. Wieso stürtzt er immer ab? Kann mir jemand helfen? Danke im Voraus und Gruß WhoAmI.
