    Noirkiara hat auf Kwaiken in Arbeitgeberwechsel für den Lebenslauf notwendig?   
    Wenn Du nicht unbedingt wechseln möchtest und sonst auch mit Aufgabengebiet, Gehalt und Firma zufrieden bist, würde ich das auch nicht forcieren. 
    In diesem Fall würde ich nach ~5 Jahren zum AG gehen, erwähnen dass man ja schon seit X Jahren dabei ist, fast zum Inventar gehört und gerne etwas mehr Verantwortung hätte. Dann bist Du halt auf dem Papier und im Internet seit diesem Monat "leitender Systemadministrator" oder "Teamlead" und hast im Lebenslauf einen Karrieresprung zu verzeichnen. Wenn auch beim gleichen AG.
    Wer könnte Dir da vorwerfen beim gleichen AG geblieben zu sein, wenn man so einen Karrieresprung angeboten bekommt? ;-)
