    Hi,
    für München sind 36k schon etwas wenig. Ich habe hier auch meine FiSi Ausbildung 2016 beendet und bin Admin in einem 80 Mann Betrieb. Bei der Übernahmen habe ich 39k mit einer Erhöhung auf 42k nach 6 Monaten ausgehandelt. Nach einem weiteren Jahr waren es 49k. Was ich Ok finde für die kurze Zeit nach der Ausbildung. 
    Ich hatte damals auch hier im Forum nach Rat gefragt und ähnliche Werte wie du bekommen. Ich würde es schon darauf ankommen lassen, gute ITler sind auch in München sehr gefragt.
