    Ich sollte die IT-Abteilung der Firma übernehmen

    Hallo Forum, ich bin hier neu, ich habe im Internet nach dem Thema gesucht, aber nichts vergleichbares gefunden. Deswegen ich dachte, ich frag mal nach. Ich sollte im nächsten Jahr die Leitung der IT-Abteilung bei uns in der Firma übernehmen, wir haben zwar darüber gesprochen, aber noch nichts genaueres, das wird im Januar oder Februar ausgemacht und ich wollte vorab schon mal etwas Informationen haben. Kurz zur Firma - es ist eine Softwareunternehmen mit ca. 50-80 Mitarbeiter und macht Softwareentwicklung, befindet sich in BW. Aktuell sind in IT zwei IT-Admins plus ein Lehrling (evtl. kommt in 2017 noch einer). Die Aufgaben die ich aktuell mache und später machen werde sind mir klar und da habe ich keine Fragen. Meine Frage ist, was man bei so eine Stelle als Gehalt bekommt, was sollte man verlangen, zu diesem Thema finde ich keine wirklich nützliche Informationen, die ähnlich meiner Situation sind. ps. Ich hoffe, ich habe genug Information geliefert.
