Hallo,

weiß jemand von Euch wie man bei RT in der Übersicht "RT auf einen Blick" die Refresh-Zeit setzen kann? Ich würde die gerne von nie auf 10 Minuten ändern.

...ah :) ja da wäre ich nie drauf gekommen - das kannte ich auch noch

garnicht. Mhm...ich habe mir mal schnell die Screenshots angesehen

und alles was ich finden konnte war auf diesem hier:

Ticket Search ganz unten ein "Don't refresh this page."

Vielleicht ist in dem Popup Dein Wunsch zu finden?

Diesen Dialog gibt's nicht bei RT 3.6.x. Aber es geht um so eine Dropdown-Box. Die würde ich gerne vorbelegen. Dafür gab's früher mal einen Konfigschalter, nur in der aktuellen Version habe ich dafür noch nichts gefunden.
