Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine Datei (u.a. mit Adressdaten) erstellt. Im Formular dieser Access-Datei gibt es mehrere Kontrollkästechen. Wenn ich einen Haken in das Kästchen mache, wird in die Datenbank eine "-1" geschrieben.

Nun verknüpfe ich die Daten mit einem Serienbrief (Word). Da finde ich nun die "-1" natürlich wieder. Ich möchte dann aber in Word keine "-1", sondern ein "X" haben. In Excel also eine typische WENN Funktion. Wir wird diese Problemstellung am besten mit Word gelöst?
