Hi,

ich suche ein tool, am besten freeware (aber nicht zwingend), mit dem ich eine einzelne (in dem fall .txt) Datei verschlüsseln kann.

Wenn ich die Datei öffnen will, muss ich ein passwort eingeben, zum entschlüsseln.

also ich brauche so eine art safe, in der ich bestimmte daten ablegen kann...und wo nur ich dann zugang zu habe.

Betriebssystem ist Windows XP SP2, Dateisystem NTFS.

kann mir jemand irgendwas empfehlen?

Hi,

ich nutze für sowas entweder Safeguard Privat Crypto, ist für den Privatanwender kostenlos und ist in meinen Augen ähnlich, wie Zippen mit Passwort. Allerdings kannst da ne .exe erzeugen... ich mags einfach...

oder alternativ Truecrypt, ebenfalls Freeware, mit der du einen Container erzeugen oder gleich eine ganze Partition oder Platte verschlüsseln kannst und dass es auch ne Linux-Version gibt. Mehr hier: TrueCrypt - Wikipedia
