Moin Kollegen,

normalerweise kommen unsere alten Festplatten immer in die Presse oder bekommen "schöne normannische Löcher" :D

Allerdings haben wir auch geleaste Kopierer, wo wir die Festplatten nicht zerstören können.

Die Daten möchten wir aber dennoch so richtig unwiderbringlich löschen, bevor sie womöglich in einem anderen Land wieder zu neuem Leben erwachen.

Was nehmt ihr so für Programme? Genügt Euch ein Knoppix und dd oder leistet ihr Euch den Eraser von Kr*ll *ntrack?

Schau mal bei Ultimate Boot CD - Overview vorbei. Auf der Bootbaren CD ist auch das von lordy erwähnte Tool drauf + noch einige andere.
