Den Inhalt finde ich schon sehr gut, nur: Warum stellt man dir kein reguläres Zwischenzeugnis aus? Dass der Arbeitgeber für dich um eine Stelle bittet, finde ich persönlich etwas befremdlich.

Gut, dass ist ein spezieller Fall wo ich bei einer obersten Landesbehörde arbeite und mich bei der übergeordneten Bundesbehörde beworben habe.
