Notebook im Außendienst ohne Domäne? Falsches Profil!

Hallo,

ich habe folgendes Problem:

Ein Notebook welches im Normalfall im Netzwerk mit einem Active Directory genutzt wird und auf dem ein servergespeichertes Profil genutzt wird, soll im Außendienst genutzt werden.

Wenn nun das NEtzwerk nicht verfügbar ist und man sich am Notebook anmeldet, wird ein komplett neues Benutzerprofil angelegt.

Ich habe das immer so verstanden, dass bei einem servergespeicherten Profil ja eigentlich auch eine Kopie davon lokal verfügbar ist und dieses lokale Profil im Falle der fehlenden Verbindung zum Server herangezogen wird.

Wie kann ich das am Besten konfigurieren, dass das Notebook mit demselben Profil auch im Außendienst genutzt werden kann und der Benutzer möglichst wenig vom fehlenden Server bemerkt.
