Ein Kollege hat folgendes Problem:

Es wurde ein Frontend in Java programmiert und eine H2-Datenbank im Hintergrund. Da das Programm mit einem JAR-File gestartet wird, hat er jetzt den Treiber für die Datenbank entpackt und den Ordner org in das Jar-File gepackt. Er hat keine Änderungen im Code vorgenommen.

Ist das schon eine Änderung an der Datenbank im Sinne der Lizenzbestimmungen?
