ddr-sdram (nvidia karten)

sgram(bei matrox!)/sdram alle karten

und bei uralt karten (trio64

edo bis zu simm...

verwendet

für 2d auflösungen sind alle ram-arten schnell genug, die quälität des signal hängt von der höhe des ramdac ab

(auflösung und quälität des signals stehen soviel ich weiß proportional im verhältnis)

und bei 3d spielen hängt es

1. Füllrate des G-chips ab

2. von der Bitbreite & Taktfrequenz

3. sonstiges (S3TC,HSR,HyperZ)
