Hallo,

hab ne Frage zu Groupwise (Version 7).

Wenn ein Kontakt mehrere E-Mail-Adressen hat (z.B. dienstlich und privat), kann man nur eine aktivieren, die dann beim Senden benutzt wird. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dass man wie bei Outlook vorm Senden gefragt wird, an welche der beiden Adressen die E-Mail verschickt werden soll? Die GW-Hilfe gibt nichts dazu her. Vielleicht ist es auch einfach nicht möglich :(

...ich befürchte, das ist so nicht möglich. Erst in dem Moment, wo ein zweiter gleichnamiger Eintrag (Vorname, Nachname) im Adressbuch vorhanden ist, wird die Frage nach der Emailadresse gestellt. Ansonsten hilft wohl nur, die (zweite, nicht aktivierte) Adresse manuell einzugeben...
