Du hast zwar jetzt etwas beschrieben wie es jetzt aussieht. Was aber fehlt ist was deine Software/ deine Modul dann können soll.

Bei deiner Aufzählung lass vielleicht die Software-Ergonomie weg denn damit stellst du dir nur selbst ein Bein. Als mögliche Nachteile kannst du eventuell noch den Punkt "mehrere Tools/Programme zur Kunden-/Angebots- und Auftragsverwaltung werden benötigt" mit aufnehmen. Denn so wie ich dich Verstanden habe willst du den Angebotsprozess mit in eure Software integrieren.
