Benutzeranmeldung dauert sehr lange!

hi leute,

wir haben ein Problem mit ein paar neuen PC´s.

Unser neuer Azubi hat die PC´s per Hand aufgesetzt und dann den Usern angeschlossen und fertig eingerichtet.

Nun haben wir bei den PC´s ein Problem, die Windows Anmeldung dauert total lange, teilweise 2-3 Minuten, bei 2 Usern aber auch mal eben 9 Minuten.

Ich habe nach dem Problem schon gegooglt und man bekommt massig Threats, wo das selbe Problem herscht, aber überall mit unterschiedlichen Lösungen.

Was wir schon nachgeguckt/ausprobiert haben ist:

1. neuer PC mit Baramundi(Softwareverteilung) aufgesetzt

2. DNS Konfig überprüft (Clients bekommen den automatisch zugewiesen)

3. Profile der endsprechenden User nachgeschaut (alle nicht wirklich groß oder mit vielen Daten versehen, keien Maschinensteuerung oder ähnliches)

4. ZAPPA.faq: Windows XP - langsame Anmeldung

bei Punkt 1, die Einstellung gibt es bei 2 PC´s garnicht, da gibt es den Unterordner System nicht ??

bei 2., das hat bei einem PC geholfen, bei den anderen aber nicht??

Zusätzlich habe ich noch in anderen Foren gelesen, dass andere Dienste wie "Shellhardwareerkennung" deaktiviert werden sollen, kann man den einfach deaktivieren, oder gibt es dann Probleme?

noch zur Info:

wenn wir uns unter unserem Administrator an den PC´s anmelden, dann braucht der PC genau so lange, wie bei anderen Usern auch und unter unserem Administrator Konto liegen keine Daten oder anderes, also komplett leer.

Wir haben keine Festen IP an den Clients vergeben.

DHCP Server vergibt die Einstellungen alle richtig.

an anderen gleichen PC´s geht die Anmeldung normal, wir haben in einem zug 8 PC´s ausgetausch, alle durch HP dc 5800 ter und 2 liefen normal, der rest mit den Problemen, 2 davon haben wir mitlerweile durch 4. normal bekommen, die restlichen sind noch langsam und die Einstellungen helfen nciht, bzw sind nicht vorhanden.

Die Anmeldung dauert auch lange, wenn man an dem Client sich lokal anmeldet.

nach ein paar neustart´s geht die Anmeldung für 3-6 mal normal, dann wieder lange warte Zeit.

Die Clients bleiben bei "Computereinstellungen werden geladen.." hängen.

Es sind alles XP Systeme.

habt ihr noch irgendwelche Ideen?

Wenn ihr noch mehr wissen müsst, meldet euch, werde auch weitersuchen und mich bei zwischen zeitigen erfolgen melden.

Läuft der WINS Server auf dem DNS Server und wird sauber per DHCP zugewiesen?

Es wird alles richtig zugewiesen und läuft einwandfrei.

ich habe mir mal den Policy Reporter 4 runtergeladen

der Bericht fängt von Montag an, hat über die Nacht nach Dienstag durchgelaufen und Mittwoch lief der PC garnicht (hatten Betriebsausflug) und dann von gestern, habe den Bericht gestern gemacht.

Du hast deine Frage Freitag Nachmittag gestellt und drängelst am Montag morgen schon nach? Schon mal überlegt, dass Freitag Nachmittag und das Wochenende die besucherschwächsten Tage hier sind und viele erst jetzt nachlesen?

Handelt es sich um Rechner in einer Domäne? Server oder lokale Profile. Adminkonto lokal oder über Domäne?

nslookup auf DC läuft in beide Richtungen sauber durch?

es handelt sich um Rechner in einer Domain und die anmeldung dauert sowohl beim lokalen als auch beim Server Profil lange.

DNS, DHCP und der rest sind richtig eingetragen...

letzte Woche Mittwoch gingen 2 der PC´s morgens normal und bis jetzt auch noch, dabei waren wir an denen noch garnicht dran und haben geguckt...

der eine, den ich wieder hinbekommen habe braucht jetzt ab und zu mal 1 min.. (weiß aber noch nciht, ob das an den jeweiligen Profilen liegt, mit denen die sich anmelden) und der 2. der normal ging braucht jetzt wieder 5-10min...

schau mal diesen Link hier an:

Hatte diese Problem auch in unserem Netzwerk, konnte das Problem aber beheben und es läuft seit dem ohne Probleme. Der Grund wahr bei uns ein fehler in der GPO die wir erstellt hatten, weswegen die Clients dann beim anmelden entsprechend lange gebraucht haben bis der fehler übersprungen wurde und weitergemacht haben.

Laut deinem log Posting schaut das ganz danach aus das Ihr ein Problem mit der Verteilung bzw. Verarbeitung der GPOs habt.

Zudem habt Ihr ein Problem mit eurem DC, der scheint nicht rechtzeitig bzw. gar nicht auf die Client anfrage bezüglich der GPOs zu reagieren. Schau mal am DC nach ob die Rechner in der richtigen OU liegen und die GPOs entsprechend angepasst wurden für diese Clients.
