Guten Tag

Mein Kollege hat folgendes Problem.

Wenn er den PC bootet, geht die Tastautur und Maus, d.h. er kommt z.B. in das Bios etc.

Sobald jetzt aber Windows XP geladen wird (ladebalken), löschen die Lämpchen der Tastaturen aus und die Maus und Tastatur funktionieren nicht mehr.

Er hatte dieses Problem schon letzte Woche. Dann hat er einfach Strom weg etc. gemacht. Dieses mal funktioniert es aber nicht.

Habt ihr Vorschläge?

wie sind Maus und Tastautur angeschlossen?

USB oder PS/2

ich vermute: USB.

Und XP lädt nur den PS/2 Treiber. Hab ich bei meinem Vater. Wenn man ne PS/2 Tastatur anschliesst funktioniert alles einwandfrei.

Die Tastatur und Maus ist per USB angeschlossen

Aber es ging jetzt 2 Jahre immer mit USB. Plötzlich seit letzter Woche geht es nicht mehr.
