Ich habe hier nen 4 Jahre alten Rechner

P4 2,8 ( ASUS p5GD2-VM-Board ( Maxdata)

1 GByte RAM

2 SATA-Platten

OS ist XP SP 3 aktuelle Patches

Wenn ich Daten von Platte zu Platte kopiere schaufelt der die mt nur 3-4 MB pro Sekunde ..d.H. für 30 GBye braucht der knappe 2 Stunden

Treiber sind aktuell

BIOS ist vom 31.10.05 Version: 08.00.10 ..das müßte nen Maxadata-release sein

Kann mir jemand erklären woran das liegen kann?

Liegt das vielleicht an XP?

Die Platten ansich können schneller ( wenn man sie an neuere Rechner hängt )
