Hallo, bin momentan noch Azubi im 3. Lj in Nürnberg.

hab von einer Freundin gehört (arbeitet bei einem Rechtsanwalt) das mein Chef mich für Vorstellungsgespräche und Probearbeiten freistellen muss.

Ich hab mir hierfür immer Urlaub genommen.

Was ist jetz richtig? Urlaub nehmen oder freistellen lassen?

Ich dachte immer, der AG muss frei geben für solche Anlässe wenn man sich Urlaub dafür nehmen will, aber nicht, dass man freigestellt wird.

Vorstellgespräche ja.

Aber Probearbeiten? Das ist wohl eher Auslegungssache! Kannst es ja einmal probieren - d.h. Deinen Chef fragen!
