Guten Tag,

nach einem halben Jahr im Betrieb erwirbt man den vollen Urlaubsanspruch (bei mir sind das 30Tage pro Jahr). Wenn ich Ende Januar den Betrieb verlasse, wie viel Urlaubstage ergeben sich dadurch für mich.

30 oder 1/12x30 = 2,5Tage ?

Habe dann 2,5Jahre dort gearbeitet.

wird in dem Fall auf 3Tage aufgerundet oder kann ich dann an einem Tag nach 4Stunden gehen?

Klar kann man halbe Tage frei nehmen :)
