Hallo zusammen!

Wer weiß, wie ich in C# diese Fenster-Im-Fenster-Oberfläche hinbekomme?

Ich weiß leider nicht wie es genau heißt, aber in Excel hat man es zum Beispiel. siehe Anhang.

Also konkret möchte ich dieses MainForm. An der Oberseite soll eine Menübar. Alles kein Problem...

Aber wie erstelle ich diesen grauen Kasten in dem ich beliebig viele andere Fenster (hier die Arbeitsmappen) frei verschieben und maximieren kann?
