Hallo,

Muss in die Dokumentation selbst noch einmal die Tabelle der Zeiteinteilung unter dem Punkt "Pojektplanung" aufgeführt werden ???

Zum Schluss habe ich noch einen extra Punkt "Abweichung vom Zeitplan" ...dort erscheint eine Tabelle mit den Abweichungen der Stunden.

Nö. Du hast es schon richtig erkannt. Neben der Kosten- und Resourcenplanung gehört selbstverständlich auch die Zeitplanung (Gantt Diagramm o.Ä.) in die Planungsphase.

Am Ende z.B. im Fazit, stellst du dann noch einmal Soll- und Istplanung gegenüber. Ok?
