Notebook mit windows aktiviert ohne preinstallation verkaufen. Legal?

Hallo.

Ich hab ein gebrauchtes Notebook mit windows xp.

Da mein kumpel es kaufen wollte, habe ich es formatiert, windows xp und andere programme (zb antivir, itunes, openoffice, etc.) vorinstalliert.

Leider ist er "abgesprungen". Jetzt möchte ich es bei ebay reinsetzen.

Darf ich das? Oder muss ich es formatiert abschicken? Wg lizenzen akzeptieren etc.

Der OP denkt evtl. an Software, die für privat kostenlos ist, aber fürs Geschäft kostet, z.B. IrfanView.

Evtl. muss der Käufer eine faire Chace haben, die Gebührenpflichtigkeit fürs Geschäft zu akzeptieren / zu sehen.

Um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen, kannst du ja die Drittanbietersoftware einfach deinstallieren. Dann sollten alle Zweifel ausgeräumt sein.

Ist dann natürlich die Frage was schneller geht. Plattmachen oder deinstallieren.
