Hallo,

in Visual-Studio 2010 gibt es in den Projekteigenschaften unter "Kompilieren" den Button "Erweiterte Compilereinstellunge". Auf dem Dialog, der sich dorthinter versteckt, kann das "Zielframework" eingestellt werden.

Was genau ist nun aber der Unterschied zwischen z.B. ".Net Framework 4" und ".Net Framework 4 Client Profile"?

In .NET Framework 4 und früheren Versionen wurden zwei Bereitstellungsoptionen geboten: die Vollversion von .NET Framework und Client Profile. Dies war eine für Clientanwendungen optimierte Teilmenge von .NET Framework. [...]
